It includes planning, redevelopment of the premises, as well as changes in fine finishes, arrangement of furniture and engineering equipment. As a result you get:

  • PDF set of drawings for the implementation of the project and a list of finishing materials
OUR INTERIOR DESIGN APPROACH
Initial Consultatiton
The consultation can be held either in person or online.
How it works: you send a request, fill out a brief, and we coordinate a convenient date and time.

We will send you a guide to help you prepare in advance and make the most of the consultation time. On average, the session lasts about an hour and a half and can be shorter or longer if needed (but no more than 3 hours).

The initial consultation is the first step toward a mindful interior.
It allows you to reflect on your needs, budget, and the scale of the project with the guidance of a professional before making important decisions.
You’ll receive a personalized action plan and a detailed cost estimate based on the agreed scope of work.

Within 3 business days after the consultation, you will receive a screen recording (if the session was held online), along with a tailored proposal outlining the next steps and the cost of the agreed scope of work.

The consultation is a paid service. Its cost will be deducted from the total design fee if you proceed with a design contract.

Implementation

Project Management:

  • Discussion of project details with the construction team for cost estimation.
  • Inspection and adjustments to the work scope for project compliance.
  • On-site verification of markings and final dimensions.
  • Ongoing consulting for the contractor throughout implementation..
  • Creation and maintenance of a project group chat.

Procurement Support:

  • Shopping lists (furniture, sanitaryware, lighting, etc.).
  • Communication with suppliers to check availability and conditions, and to place orders.
  • Specification checks for project compliance and necessary adjustments.
  • Review and correction of cabinet furniture drawings for project compliance.
