The apartment occupies most of the second floor of a small club house and already had a standard finish. The main task was to furnish it stylishly and functionally using local suppliers, as well as to develop the lighting scheme.
The heart of the space is the open-plan kitchen-dining and living area, where the existing layout allowed for a kitchen island, a large dining table, and a cozy seating area. The bedrooms, on the other hand, are compact and create a sense of greater openness thanks to transparent cabinets, wall-mounted or freestanding furniture, and darker wall tones, which create a smooth transition from bright to cozy zones.
A warm palette of mustard and hummus tones complements the rich shade of the parquet. Alternating wood species in contrasting coffee and bourbon shades, as well as current shades of blue, green, and red in varying intensity, create visual variety.
The smallest but most functional room, a remote workspace and guest area, is designed in a cool sage shade for contrast.
A lattice “belt” runs through the dining area, visually lowering cabinets and hiding niches for curtains, while fluted glass at the top of the kitchen and wardrobes adds lightness and texture.
Pendant, recessed, wall-mounted, and ceiling lights are selected and systematized to emphasize textures and create a cohesive, atmospheric interior.
